It was in recognition of the remarkable hereditary skills of the Asscher craftsmen and the unsurpassed excellence of their diamonds, that in the early 1900's, the Asscher Diamond Company became the only diamond house on earth to be bestowed the great honour of carrying the title "Royal". The achievement of perfect symmetry in the cut of the diamond and the irreproachable finish are hallmarks of Royal Asscher diamonds.
In 1902 the Asscher family invented the superb Asscher Cut, a stepped cut with cut corners. In 2002 this iconic design was re-evaluated and today we are proud to present our discerning clients with the Royal Asscher Cut. The 74 facets give a remarkable scintillation that give it a distinct beauty. Each genuine Royal Asscher cut comes with an international grading certificate and is laser inscribed with the Royal Asscher crown as a sign of its authenticity.
