We are pleased to announce the arrival of an exceptionally special pre-loved Argyle diamond creation at the J Farren-Price boutique.
In 2020, the Musson family of Musson Jewellers purchased the largest ever gem quality white diamond to be found in the Argyle mine. This extraordinarily rare 28.84 carat diamond was named the Argyle Octavia in reference its perfect octahedral shape.

In the cutting process, this precious gemstone was transformed into three separate diamonds, each becoming one part of a three-piece set of rings designed by Musson Jewellers to be worn in harmony with one another.

Although this magnificent trio was originally sold in 2020, it is now available for purchase at J Farren-Price as part of our pre-loved jewellery collection.

The Argyle Octavia rings comprise a 17.18 carat princess cut diamond, and two heart cut diamonds of 1.71 and 0.52 carats – each taken from the original 28.84 carat diamond. The design speaks to passion and harmony, with the original white diamond showcased as the hero of this platinum and rose gold piece. The smaller heart diamonds sit on either side, outlined by a delicate array of pink diamonds to complete the significance of the piece.
